The Basic License grants you a non-exclusive right to use the beat in a single musical composition for digital distribution.

- Digital distribution (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.)
- Social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- No music video rights
- No radio broadcast rights
- No synchronization rights (film, TV, ads)
- Credit required: "Produced by Riff & Ritual"
- Non-transferable. Single artist/project only.
The WAV License grants you a non-exclusive right to use the beat in musical compositions with expanded distribution and music video rights.

- Up to 100,000 streams across all platforms combined
- Digital distribution (all platforms)
- One (1) music video permitted
- Social media content with no view cap

- Non-transferable. Up to 2 artist collaborations.
The Trackout License includes individual stems for mixing, plus expanded rights for professional productions.

The Exclusive License transfers full commercial rights to you. The beat is removed from the catalog after purchase.

AI-Generated Music Disclosure
All music available on Riff & Ritual is generated using artificial intelligence systems. No human performers or session musicians were involved in the creation of these compositions. The AI models used do not replicate or sample from copyrighted recordings.
By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that the beat was AI-generated and agree to disclose this where required by applicable law or platform terms. We recommend adding "AI-generated beat" in your release metadata where supported.

Yes, for Basic, WAV, and Trackout tiers. These are non-exclusive licenses. Only the Exclusive tier removes the beat from the catalog. Existing non-exclusive licenses remain valid even after an exclusive purchase.
Credit is required for Basic and WAV licenses ("Produced by Riff & Ritual"). Credit is appreciated but optional for Trackout. Credit is not required for Exclusive licenses.
Yes. All license tiers cover social media and YouTube content. Views and plays on these platforms count toward your stream limit. The WAV tier and above include explicit podcast/YouTube background music rights.
You can upgrade your license at any time. The price difference between your current tier and the new tier will be deducted from the upgrade cost. Contact us at hello@riffritual.com for upgrade assistance.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once files have been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with your files, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.
